I want to know about the notifications & Circulars regarding Excise, Customs & Service tax upto NOV 2010 applicable for CA FINAL MAY, 2011 Exams.

But for CA final MAy 2011, Notifications & Circulars upto Nov 2010 are applicable, n ICAI supplement n that link which u posted, circulars n notifications only upto April 2010 are there.
