Notification on Vat

in which site we can get the notification? please send the web address for this notification

Till now it has`nt published on net, u have to wait for few more days.

 plz. can any one provide me link to the notification. plz tell me hw can i download this notification from net.

The vat rates of 5% is applicable only for the goods mentioned in the third schedule of the DVAT Act. VAT Rate of declared goods are still 4%.

Further, this change is wef 13-01-2010.
