Where notification saved when i click to see.

If you're using Chrome or Firefox, PDFs are saved in cache and displayed in it. You have to save it to other location by clicking the download button.

If the files are being downloaded directly. You can press ctrl+j to open downloads menu and browse for saved location.

I don't know about that. It's not downloading for me. You can check downloads on your phone, or just visit CBEC website directly for notifications, etc.
