can anybody tell me the exact source of law i.e, notification which requirement of filing of DIN-3 for the companies incorporated on or after 1-07-2007.
In case of companies incorporated on or after 1st July, 2007, Form DIN-3 is not required to be filed. However, for companies incorporated till 30th June, 2007, Form DIN3 is required to be filed.
