notice under sub sec 01 of sec 142 of income tax act
sir I have received notice under sub sec 1 of sec 142 and r.w.s.of 129 of income tax act for AY 2011 12. how to deal with and how much time can assessing officer grant to reply such notice and under which sec I can ask for more time.......

you have respond with in the time given in the notice with the details requested in the notice. now the AOs have not much time, they don't give adjournments
You have to file ITR u/s 142
