Few months back received a notice from TDS department regarding the short payment of TDS u/s 200. The same was rectified and all the necessary documents were submitted to the concerned Accessing Officer.
As now the matter is closed, can I get any kind of acknowledgement or something that no amount is payable on the above notice ?
You can check the column of default on tin nsdl website. If default is corrected then the detail will be nil. and if default still exist, then you have to take necessary steps to correct the same.
There is no default in the NSDL website but there are some defaults still showing in NSDL website which are already cleared.
