hii friends,

my client hs received notice u/s 142(1)  mention the following matters:

u are  hereby required to prepare a true  and correct return of your income / firms income in respect of which you are assessable under IT act.during the previous year the return should be in the appropriate form as prescribed in rule 12 of incometax rules 1962.it should be duly verified and signed in accordance with the provisions of sec 140.

pleaase  tel me what is the pblm ?? y they sent tis notice?? and now wat shall i do??
