Notice U/s.142(1)

I had filed return for A.Y.:2017-18 on 14.11.2017. A month later I received a Notice U/s.142(1) for the same assessment year. I don't have any changes to be made in the return. In this case what online reply am i required to give in the e-proceedings section? Experts please guide me with the best solution. Thank You.
