Notice u/s 139(9) of the income tax act.

Sir, I'm a commission agent (Recovery Agent) . I filed my income tax return with mentioned code 00301 under section 44AD for the AY2017-18, Now i receive a intimation mail u/s 139(9) from CPC Bengaluru that the provision of section 44AD cannot be adopted by you if such earning in the nature of commission. Hence, Please help how can i correct the above return.

Do i have to revise my return and under which section?
