Notice u/s 139(9) of income tax act,1961

maine ek firm ki return file ki thi income tax department ki taraf se mujhe ek notice mila hai yeh return after dew date file huyi thi mai yeh jaan na chahta hun ki mai agar rectification karta hun to mujhe kis section me return file karni chahiye please suggest me
