Can anyone pls let me know that Notice to Stock Exchange is Required for every Board Meeting???? (i.e. if board meeting is held for general purpose and no aprroval of financial result is done at the said board meeting)

No notice to stock exchange is required if Board meeting is held for review of general businees activity.
