A notice received non filing of Itr 15-16 Fy. there is found cash deposit rs 29 lakh in bank account.can I file 15 -16 Fy return now. how to file please tell the steps.

Yes, you can file the return of Income for the said financial year only if your Notice permits.

login to your account in e-filing portal and find proceedings is pending in e-proceedings tab. if yes then you can file ITR for the concerned assessment year
