hOWEVER U CAN VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THIS NOTICE WITH THE HELP OF
SECTION 201(1A) — Failure to deduct whole or any part of tax deducted at source or failure to deposit tax deducted at source
Rate of interest
from the date of deduction of TDS to the date of deposit/Payment of TDS Interest Payable will be one and half per cent per month or part of month
Period of interest
From the date, on which the tax was to be deductible/deducted, to the date of actual payment.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
