Notice of adjustment(s) u/s 143(1)(a) received due to deviation in ITR and as per form 16, however itr filled after considering all payslip it was not matching with form 16 as well as form 16 is not matching with 26 AS. In that case which Income tax computation should we used

use the actuals. Payslips and form16 are reference documents. In many cases they contain incomplete or incorrect information.
