Notice not paying additional goods tax on plastic goods purcgased

Dear Sir,

Today i have received a notice from state Taxes & Excise regarding not paying additional goods tax on the plastic goods purchased as per entry no 2 Schedule-Ii appended of the act, the additional goods tax is payable under section 3-B of the act ibid.
