Notice for name withdrawal by roc-what to do next ?

i had filed form 1A and got the company name "GROUP GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED" approved from ROC. Later on following ROC, Mumbai issued following notice for withdrawal of name. 

"Subject: Notice for withdrawal of name: 

GROUP GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED

This is in reference to the above mentioned name.

With reference to your application vide SRN B44945400 dated 07/08/2012 , I am to inform that the

name is liable to be withdrawn for reasons indicated below.

'Group' is not a noun.

You are required to reply as to why the name should not be withdrawn.

Please take notice that if no reply is received within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice, the

aforesaid name shall be withdrawn without further notice."

My Question :

1. what should i do now. I do not know what reply to give to them. 

2. If i want some other name then again i have to file form 1A ?
