I received show cause notice in FORM GST REG-03 for clarification of my application. Reason is "on rent agreement proper stamp duty not attach" How and where should I reply them with REG-04

I am trying to Reply “Application for clarification” (REG-04) system shows "No SCN raised" there is no any link apear on portal for reply the same , What to Do ? due date 10.08.17.
Can I apply again for fresh registration with same details. if fail to reply today
Login using your TRN then click on application for clarification
I did it several time but system shows "NO SCN RAISED" I loged in account --Service tab---Registration--Application for filling Clarification Then search with ARN number and SCN number reault shows NO SCN RAISED, Now I am fail to reply within time period 7 day
CAN I APPLY AGAIN FRESH REGISTRATION WITH SAME DATA AND RECORD WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM
Yes you can apply again.... But you have to use either different Phone No. or different E-mail ID.
