Dear Kollipara .
Notice under form ASMT-14 is issued to the taxpayers whose registration has been cancelled under section 29(2) for Non filing of returns & in such cases Section 63 gives power to officer to assess the tax liability of such person to the best of his judgment for the relevant period.
Prepare your reply in Form Asmt 15 & contact to proper officer in this regard.
(It's 15 days time to file your reply from date of receipt of Notice) else the Order in DRC 07 will be issue.
