Please let me know, Should Auditor shall have to issue a letter stating Section 224(1B) - at time of Appointment as Auditor in EOGM.

Yes.
Auditor in its consent letter sould mentioned that if his appointment will be made it will be within the limit prescribed under the act.
Yes roopesh.....the auditor have to mention the same in its consent letter.....however, the section quoted should correspond to the CA 2013 and not 1956 act.........
