Dear All Please help me...
i have recd. a notice from TDS Deptt. agst. TDS Sec-195 for lower deduction but i deduct TDS agst. From 15CA certified by a CA then why i recd. notice please tell and hepl me.......!!!

Check the quarterly Return in Form 27Q. Have you ticked the right field/variable from the options given. I guess you have not-hence the TDS cell has sent you the notice/demand.
