what procedure to file itr for AY 2013-14 which have around 80000 Tds and received notice for non filing.

File under 142(1) within the time limit specified in notice

@ nikhil sharma penalty not applicable only belated interest is appllicable as per my knowledge

Penalty of rs 5000 can be levied that too only if the Case is opened under 147
