Can we deposit old notes cash into savings account for payment of taxes of clients. As client is not having NET BANKING so on behalf of client we can do so. is it okay in eyes of law. as far as note ban is concerned.
Tell ur client to deposit in his own account and give u a cheque instead..once the cheque is honoured you can pay on his behalf through internet banking.. this is just a personal suggestion not going into legality or taxability or any other issues.
