In Hire Purchase few topics were excluded.- Is this applicable for nov2013 exam?

Yup , the exemption applies to Nov 13 exams . I remember reading it on the institutes website .
Note: considering the past record of the institute , don't be surprised if a question turns up in the exam from the excluded portion .
