Not receiving email OTP on time when verifying representative assessee request

Hi All,

I'm trying to register a representative assessee on the portal. However for verifying the request it needs a mobile OTP and e-mail OTP. I'm receiving the mobile OTP without any delay but not getting the e-mail OTP within the 15 min time limit after which the OTP expires. The registered e-mail is a Gmail id. I've checked the Spam and Junk folders as well.

Anybody else facing a similar issue? I've tried multiple times but have faced this issue with e-mail OTP every time so far. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
