if you are article and not getting stipend u can write to ICAI. Action will be taken .

Only dummy articles don't get stifund
dummy is big offence and if any one caught then ICAI can take take strict action. it's other thing inspite of all it's happening . it's sad.
How many students in India do dummy a rough figure
Then what the hell are doing at the time of articles? Are you not aware of stipend while doing articles?
