Not giving Completion Certificate

Hello One of my friends has completed her articlship.But Her principal is telling that she has got excess leave . so she has to work for sometime also.Since its a lie she told them directly that she cant work more in that firm,she wants transfer.These guys say she has taken 262 leaves.(Big Blunter).But For her exam form they signed as its Oct 24 her completion date on August 16 th.What s happening now is she has nt been given termination yet.She s on leave too.They are keeping it pending saying dat they are nt well .. they ve fever .. so till date from dec 1 - dec 15 they are marking her leave..Seems they want to mark enough leave sothat it will touch 262.What can she do?

go and complain to the ICAI ..

however u need documentary evidence for the leaves taken
