If the amount added is income under head, PGBP........ and if not declared u/s. 44AD/A; you will have to file revised return with P&L acc (that is the massage)
You have option to file revised return for mismatch in 26AS and ITR. If the amount omitted was of PGBP then you have to fill in profit and balance sheet details
Also remember you have to give response to the notice of mismatch on income tax site as well

I have already filled revised return but not able submit response to the notice of mismatch its showing messages to fill profit and gain table.. Where is the table
There you just 'accept' the changes, and provide details about the revised return, when asked.
