I filed 3CB-3CD Audit Report and received the confirmation of submission on my email and even my client received it... but when my client logged in, he could not find AY 2014-2015 Audit Report filed by me.
So when my client told me about it i tried to upload the same again... and shocking it accepted again the original form... and i again received a confirmation mail.
Now even after uploading twice and receiving confirmation from Income tax department the same is still not visible from my client ID... so when he submitted a request about this... it was shocked to see the resolution... Explanation on how to efile the Audit Form.. and nothing about what happened to the Audit Report filed by the CA and the Transaction ID we have from Department email.
Dont know what to do now with such resolution... no one really cares to solve the issue but just want to close the open request into resolved.
