Not able to register tan in traces

Don't take a tension it will be registerd after the processing of your TDS return. for processing return it will normally take 14 days time.. so u can able to register your TAN after 26th JAN 2016

I am trying to register on traces but till today same error is coming-  i. TAN Not Available in TAN MASTER OR ii. All the statements filed for Financial Year 2009-10 and onwards are in cancelled state  iii. All the statements filed for Financial Year 2009-10 and onwards are NIL Statements (having ALL challan amoutn= 0)    What should I do to register on traces?

 

Without Filing Any TDS Return You Will Not Able To Register First You Have To FIle TDS Return Other Than Nil Return Than Only You Will Be Able To Register

The TDS Return Filed Should Be Filed Processed Successfully

How should i file TDS return without log into Traces?
