Not able to recover password

A COMPANY SHIFTED THEIR ACCOUNTS TO ME.  THE ACCOUNTANT WHO CREATED GST USER ID AND PASSWORD IS ABSCONDING FROM PAST 1 MONTH. IN RECOVERY OPTION THERE IS ACCOUNTANT'S MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ID. NOW HOW TO RECOVER PASSWORD AS NOT ABLE TO GET OTPs?
