Not able to file the itr , earlier filed by trp

Dear All, For 2013-14 AY ,one of our new clients ITR filed by TRP. Now Iam not able to login or register the PAN. If I click register option it is showing already registered. If I go for forgot password ,it is showing PAN is invalid. Kindly tell me the solution ?

Hello Sir,

Check your pan status by clicking on know your PAN on incometaxindia efilling website or go to online tax payment select challan 280 put Star mark feilds than proceed afterward you will see pancard holder name. Just Check it Sir.

first check the pan status on NSDL and see if the pan card number and status is correct or not.. l had the same problem 2 days back.. Pan status was wrong in my case...

No,Iam having Pan card copy ,Form 16 and even 26AS downloaded by tax return preparer.

Do you have the acknowledgment slip?? Than you can check atleast just to confirm??

Pan number ,dob and name correct. Even in nsdl and know your pan. But this is special case handling first time.

Hi,

Mail to income tax help desk for password change. they will require the PAN Card details as well as the acknowledgement number for ITR V. In subject write forgot password.

They will update the password in the contact registered. and also to the assessee.
