I tried to one of my friend to my caclubindia friend list and when i click on "add as a friend".
then it is shown that user is already in your freind list and waiting for approval but in his list no such approval is shown
how to add now????

You added him as ur friend, ur friend is yet to add you.Now ur friend should accept ur friend request. After that acceptance only, u will be added as his friend.
