Not able to access cci online coachig

HI can any one help in this regard please I am getting the following message  some days is it server problem and it will  get solved later after12 hrs or a day  I am a house wife preparing for final second group, this is the only platform where i can take the classes. Even i mailed to coaching @ caclubindia.com no reply. My mail is as follows

My name is Revathi Banda. I am a ca final (second group) student. I enrolled for CCI ONLINE COACHING for second group entire. Direct taxes from Kcca and remaining all subjects from SCP Classes.
 
I am facing problem with connectivity to videos. whenever i finish one video I stop the video n try to connect to next video it is connecting.That i am logging off n delete all the temporary files from internet options and log in again but from Yesterday i am getting the below mentioned message not able to view videos (sreen shot provided below)
 
I use google chrome for viewing videos . My login Id for caclubindia is revathibanda @ gmail.com
 
please provide me a solution as early as possible
