Two questions relating to winding up were out of syllabus. Institute in its list of relevant publications for May 2011 exams, specifically mentioned that provisions relating to winding up are not applicable except paragraph 9.4. But both the questions are not related to paragraph 9.4

If it is in Munish Bhandari's Book ....Its in Syllabus.... :)
Paper was very good.
Percentage of question form Directors was quite less this time.

Munish bhandari is not ICAI nor his book is syllabus. Have a look at the file atached.

Dont take it in the wrong sense....
what I mean is that since I had prepared from Munish Bhandari's book I could attempt it very well even though the question was out of syllabus.
