Non taxable goods (exampt) purchase from unregistered party
inter state movement.Revers charge is applicable.please answer. yes or not and why.
Reverse charge not applicable for URD related purchase from 13th October 2017 to 30th June 2018...
Basically no need to pay tax on exempted goods. Always tax is not applicable for exempted goods...
