Once the transaction of sales is over, there is no further relaxation. You should submit the C Form to the Department. Non Submission of C Form attracts differential Tax with Interest.

Yes,I agree with Mr.Sunil Kumar G,when transation is completed,than it is compulsory to submit the "C"forms to the department.
