Non resident income tax filing

If a person has left India for employment abroad in AY 18-19 and is non resident in AY 19-20
1.Should that person be filing income tax return only for FDR interest & Bank interest in India?
2.Can the interest income be aggregated along with foreign income n file one single return in the foreign country if there is DTAA?
