Dear all
A company which is liable to register as per the provisions of the PF act has not done the same for the past 2 years. What are procedures to be followed now? What will be the likely penal action for non compliance?

Only various objection raised by the dept. and raised also penalty and interest for nion filing the registration in this regard.
