if you have turnover less tha 20lakh per year, then registration is not mandatory
but if u have 20 lakh or more turnover
department will take action

if their turnover is more than 20 lakh but GST registration not yet then what is the problem and what step or action taken by Govt.??

a penalty of ten thousand rupees or an amount equivalent to the tax

My office is in Delhi only but I provide services ( online services like Domain registration, server space renting etc.) in mutliple states like UP, Gujrat etc. My friend says that if I provide services outside India, Rs.20 lac limit is not applicable to me and I must have GST even if my turn over is Rs.100. Is it true? Could anybody please confirm the same?
