Non-reciept on due increament on promotion

Have a dialogue with DDO with your eligibility, its matter of discussion between employee and employer, however sometimes increments and promotions get effect at later date, with restopective effect from back date.

i dont know what you are telling me, because i am a Govt employee, and there is nothing like a personal discussion between the employee or employer in govt services. however, there are the B.S.As and Distt. education officers to talk with but they are so much busy with thier own normal jobs that my single problem wont be sorted..

i actually want to know the rulings as per the 6th pay commission in promotion and fixation of increments on/after promotions as according to 6th pay commission.

still you have to ask DDO to consider the facts under 6th pay commission, and ask the reason why this is not implied in your case, surely they would guide u or show the reason of pending.

under 6th pay commission several factors are there, viz date of appointment, nature of appointment, terms of appointment and terms on which basis the increments get due.
