You can check your IT Return Process from My Account by logging in from e-filing site.

BECAUSE INTIMATION FROM CPC ISSUED ONLY WHEN THEY RECD. UR ITR V
OTHERWISE WHATEVER HAPPEN
U SENT UR ITR V AGAIN TO BANGLORE AND WAIT
