If you do not receive the Journal by the 10th day of the month, then mail your complaint to eb @ icai.org.

thanx dude!!!

but i have mailed to them so many times, but they don't reply and don't sent any journal.

I always send my complaint to the above mentioned email id i.e eb @ icai.org and within 2 days i get reply from them...................
