Non receipt of documents

I am not receiving any of my documents (i.e. Articleship registration letter, Identity card, IPCC results) from the institute at my postal address. I have registrd myself on 25th Feb. 2011. But i have nt received any of the above documents. Can any one guide me with the procedure to be followed for above??
