If i do the non gst supply . am i eligible for input tax credit?

Can you define what kind of Non GST supply ????..... Because as per Amendment Act of 31 of 2018 , which get effective on 1/2/19 , The ITC has not be reverse if your outward supplies cover under entries in Schedule III Except entry No.5

No.. since on your outward supply there is no liability to charge Gst so You will not be able to claim itc on inward supply of that product related to out ward supply.. as per sec16
