what is non gst inward supplies in GSTR 3B. Is it includes expenses on which gst not chargeable like electricity, water etc.

while salary petrol diesel is non gst

so you mean to say salary, vehicle(diesel expenses) conveyance will all come in non GST supply right?

Where to declare High sea sales in Gst return. Its also to show as non gst supply.

yes but u have to file tran.1 /2 before 28th.august.
date extended to 28 for those who want transitional itc now.
