A Pvt Ltd Company registered in 2008 not filed any return till date and there is no appointment of Auditor.
How much ROC fees & penalty will be imposed and what is the best solution?

Amount of fees: Pl make a list of returns to be filed with their due dates and find out fees (including additional fees) from MCA portal.
Penalty: Maximum penalty that can be levied is given in respective sections relating to various returns. Actual penalty is to be decided by the court if case is filed by ROC.
Best solution: File all pending returns with additional fees and then file application for compounding of offence.
