sir my client has not filled the GSTR 4 return from January to march 2018 whether it is possible to file the return.

You can file with will late fee for delay in filing of return and interest on delay in payment of tax.

late fee will be reflected in subsequent month GSTR-4.

Yes it is possible to file gstr4 with late fee and interest.

but it is not open to fill the sales amount how it is possible to file

Download offline utility for gstr4 on gst portal.
Fill the details and submit by offline mode.
