Can I file my income tax return in case of a notice of 'Non Filing of Return' Notice?

If notice relates to Assessment year 2016-17 you can file return online.
If notice pertains to earlier assessment years you need to file return manually
If notice pertains to earlier assessment years you need to file return manually

You Can File Return For Financial Year 2015-16 and 2016-17
