Non filing of income tax return AY19-20

Respected Members,

If a person has not filed his income tax return of AY 19-20. What could be the penalties and interest liabilty that may come forward to him. Considering annual salaried income of more than 15 lakhs. And now how can he proceed further to file such return.

Last date to file Return for A.Y 2019-20 is extended to 30th September, 2020..
You can file your return before this...

As income is from salary, TDS has already been deducted from income...You can file your return with interest and late fee and can claim TDS credit of same...
