non filing of gstr3b

by mistake I have entered the total sale amount in cess instead of actual amount of cess. can I continue with gstr1/2/3 without filing the gstr3b? challan for tax and cess is paid.

YOU HAVE TO FILE GSTR-3B AS IT IS A STATUTORY REQUIREMENT

HOWEVER YOU CAN CORRECT IT IN GSTR 1, 2, 3 LATER

so do I need to pay the amount which is 10 times more than the actual amount for filing gstr3b.

if I am unable to pay what are the consequences. also can I file gstr1 if if chose to not file gstr3b?

not possible to change unfortunately.as per the law wont be able to file GSTR 1(needs to be seen practically).probably go for fresh registration.
